Former President Rodrigo Duterte addressed the country shortly before his plane landed at the Rotterdam The Hague airport, saying he was okay and telling Filipinos not to worry.In a video posted on the Rody Duterte Facebook page, the former president indicated that he expected a long legal proceeding after he was arrested."To my countrymen, just to give you the current situation, I am about to land in The Hague.
