Do you confirm that?” House Deputy Minority Leader France Castro of ACT Teachers asked the OVP.

“The OVP is still insisting that they be given [confidential funds]. Will you have Libreng Sakay to the West Philippine Sea or contested islands?” Manuel asked sarcastically.
