“You can really recognize someone’s political inclination with the way they talk, even if they try to hide it because it’s what they’re used to … It’s just them. For how many elections, every election, it’s just them… They really support political parties. But that’s how it works, they are indebted to them ,” he added, referring to the country’s moguls and tycoons.
Duterte said the winners in the 2022 elections should prioritize their constituents above all others.
