MANILA - The Department of Social Welfare and Development on Saturday said Metro Manila would serve as the pilot area for the use of a mobile app for faster registration in the national government’s

social amelioration program and the release of cash aid to beneficiaries.

“Sa kasalukuyan ay ipa-pilot run pa muna natin ang aplikasyon ng ReliefAgad sa mga beneficiaries under the National Capital Region,” DSWD Spokesperson Irene Dumlao said. Only beneficiaries already with SAP forms can use the platform, she said. Beneficiaries may access the app at www.reliefagad.ph and scan the barcode found below their SAP forms. They will need to fill out necessary information before clicking the submit button.
