THE Department of Social Welfare and Development said on Friday that it obtained an P875 million quick response fund replenishment from the Department of Budget and Management .Social Welfare and Development Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao said the money would allow the agency to maintain its disaster relief operations.'We are very grateful for the DBM because the agency has always favorably acted upon our requests for replenishment,' she added.
