Mapue-Joaquin said community-driven development strategies should be institutionalized for their efficacy in identifying poverty reduction concerns and making educated decisions.The DSWD has given essential social services to almost 23 million poor, vulnerable, disadvantaged and geographically isolated families through Kalahi-CIDSS.
