“As I approach graduation after four years of studying animation, I wanted to honor that journey—and the growth that came with it—by putting together this exhibit,” Chan said. “One highlight was being selected as the director for my third-year film, which deepened my understanding of leadership and creative management,” she said.
Meanwhile, last August, the 5,000-strong Animation Guild in Hollywood began a fresh round of contract negotiations with top studios and streamers, naming outsourcing jobs and the threat of generative AI as their main points of contention.
