DRAG artist Amadeus Fernando Pagente, better known by his moniker Pura Luka Vega, has been declared persona non grata by the Cebu City Council.

Alcover said in his resolution that declaring Pagente persona non grata was the result of his “offensive and disrespectful acts” in dancing to the remixed tune of “Ama Namin ” while wearing a Black Nazarene costume.Pagente’s performance of “Ama Namin” drew backlash after it went viral on social media in July.
