Dr Wee congratulates Transport Ministry on completion of Putrajaya MRT line

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has congratulated the Transport Ministry for bringing the MRT Putrajaya Line project to completion.

The Ayer Hitam MP said on Facebook that he had witnessed first-hand the hard work of the ministry's staff and agencies.

"As the former transport minister, I witnessed for myself the dedication and diligence of the Transport Ministry's staff and agencies, especially the Land Public Transport Agency , Prasarana and MRT Corp in bringing the MRT Putrajaya Line project to completion. "Your contribution has benefited many of our public transport users. Congratulations!" he said in a Facebook post on Thursday .The new line comprises 36 stations from Kwasa Damansara MRT station until the Putrajaya Sentral MRT station.

Commuters can expect a train frequency of four to six minutes during peak hours and one every seven to 10 minutes during non-peak hours.
