August 15, 2024, 10:26 amThe southbound lane of the Kamuning flyover in Quezon City is now open for motorists after a three-month retrofitting process.“The Department of Public Works and Highways was able to finish the flyover’s retrofitting works two months ahead of schedule intended to strengthen and prepare it for potential earthquakes, or the “Big One,” said Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Don Artes.
The MMDA Traffic Engineering Center’s data revealed that 24,000 automobiles and 23,000 motorbikes use the flyover’s southbound lanes on a daily basis.
