Department of Public Works and Highways Region 7 teams up with PLDT Enterprise for the provision of reliable and fast internet and voice connections to better serve a diverse clientele in Central Visayas, one of the fastest-growing regional economies in the country.

The company’s iGate is a dedicated internet access service that provides customers with guaranteed bandwidth and is tailor-fit for running bandwidth-intensive applications, hosting rich-media content and supporting mission-critical communications. “We hope to strengthen this partnership across Region VII and, if we are successful, recommend this as a model for other regions,” newly-appointed DPWH Region VII head Danilo Villa Jr. said.
