“Pre-pandemic fare matrix will be applied and the provisional fare increases implemented will be covered accordingly by the government,” DOTr secretary Jaime Bautista said in the memorandum submitted to Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board chairman Teofilo Guadiz III.
