MANILA, Philippines — Starting February, tourists can seek assistance from Korean-speaking agents through the Department of Tourism's upgraded Tourist Assistance Call Center .On Monday, the DOT said that the recent upgrade of the tourist hotline to include Korean-language assistance reinforces the department's commitment to improve the service for visitors from South Korea, the country's largest source of tourists.
This development is in line with the government's overarching objective of digitizing public services, building a streamlined, responsive, and technologically driven approach to tourist assistance.
