“Our Dr. Montoya is the one who advises us at DOST. He still recommends its use as of now,” he said in a Viber message. The DOST sits as a member of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases . DOST’s vaccine expert panel Dr. Nina Gloriani said the public should be more patient and should strictly follow minimum public health standards set by the government.“Maghintay na lang po tayo ng konti pa, magbakuna tayo ,” she said in a radio interview on Saturday, June 19.
