MANILA, Philippines: Roma Mae Doromal said she will be turning professional after playing her last UAAP game in Ateneo's 25-13, 25-17, 25-21 win over Adamson in Season 86 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday, April 24.

MANILA, Philippines: Roma Mae Doromal said she will be turning professional after playing her last UAAP game in Ateneo's 25-13, 25-17, 25-21 win over Adamson in Season 86 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday, April 24. Doromal finished her 4-season UAAP career with nine excellent digs and six receptions as the Blue Eagles closed the Season 86 with a fifth best record 5-9.

Doromal took the time to talk about the legacy she belives she left with the Blue Eagles and that is helping her teammates get used to coach Sergio Veloso's system and helping them grow their game.'When I decided to stay , I really made it a point to find my purpose and by staying with them for one more year, I realized that my purpose is to help them ,' said Doromal.'As a libero, I couldn't give them points but I was there for them the whole way .
