MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) has done its profiling and is ready to provide the necessary intervention to the estimated 22,000 Filipino workers employed by legitimate Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) if plans to totally ban these companies' operations will push through.

He also said that the primary concern of the labor department are the Filipino workers as foreign workers need to secure first an alien employment permit before they can work in the Philippines.
