“With no signs of improvement, the patient was admitted in a health facility on July 14, 2020,” it said. “We are strongly appealing to all Butuanons and Caraganons to perform and follow the minimum health standards and stay at home and only go outside if necessary,” said DOH 13 Regional Director Dr. Jose R. Llacuna, Jr.
Northeastern Mindanao or Caraga region has a total of 245 COVID-19 positive cases, with one reported death.The Commission on Population and Development Caraga on Thursday issued a strong warning to the public to observe health measures after the number of coronavirus disease positive cases continues to rise in the region.
