Ibig sabihin, ‘yun po dating mabilis na pagbaba ay nagpa-plateau. Bumabagal ang pagbaba ng mga kaso,” Vergeire explained.For Metro Manila, the average reported cases is 315, also lower by 28 percent from the previous week.
