Various receipts and documents from the company and incorporators linked to Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo were recovered at a resort in Pampanga.According to Saleem Refran’s report on “24 Oras” on Tuesday, law enforcers opened the 19 money vaults inside the villas at the Fontana Leisure Parks in Clark Freeport.The villas were rented by the “big bosses” of the raided Zun Yuan Technology POGO facility in Bamban and by the business partners of the suspended mayor, the report said.
Also recovered were documents of Chinese fugitive Huang Zhiyang, who is also a business partner of Guo. Among these documents were two Taiwanese passports of Huang, a photocopy of his other passports from four countries, and a special retiree’s visa.The PAOCC said Huang has been in and out of the Philippines since 2012.Authorities are also now looking into the pandemic travel pass issued to Huang by former Bamban Mayor Antonio Feliciano.
