DITO Telecommunity said it can register SIM cards of its subscribers in three months.
So far, the Dennis Uy-owned telco said it has hauled in 13 million subscribers to date and declared 15 million is a “doable target” by year-end.
“We can implement the SIM registration ahead of the Implementing Rules and Regulations at no cost to subscribers,” he noted. “DITO will absorb the cost.”
