DAVAO CITY – Hundreds of young women, children in conflict with the law, and abused and exploited children being taken care of by the Tambayan Center for Children’s Rights will benefit from the Log Cake for a Cause initiated by the Park Inn by Radisson here.
THE Park Inn by Radisson in Davao City launched its Log Cake for a Cause in partnership with Tambayan Center for Children’s Rights during its Christmas tree-lighting ceremony on Friday night, Nov. 15.
It aims to address issues about adolescent girls found wandering around the streets, children in conflict with the law, and abused and exploited children through their comprehensive programs and holistic approach. Park Inn by Radisson Davao General Manager Sven Toune said the log cake was curated by their kitchen and F&D team that is perfect for gifts or giveaways for the upcoming Yuletide season. He added that part of the proceeds will be donated to Tambayan.
SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation Senior Vice President for Operations Cathy Nepomuceno, who welcomed the guests of the event, announced plans and new products designed to elevate guest experience at the hotel.
