The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed new criminal charges against former mayor Alice L. Guo and her family for falsification of public documents and violation of the Anti-Dummy Law. The charges stem from the acquisition of land in Pangasinan by the Guo family's 3Q Farm, Inc., where they allegedly misrepresented themselves as Filipino citizens to secure benefits reserved for local corporations.
THE National Bureau of Investigation filed new criminal charges before the Department of Justice against dismissed mayor Alice L. Guo and her immediate family members for falsification of public documents and violation of the Anti-Dummy Law .
Lavin said the charges stemmed from the acquisition of the parcels of land in Pangasinan by the 3Q Farm, Inc. owned by the Guo family. “They have falsified the articles of incorporation, the secretary certificate, and the general information sheet,” Lavin said.
