“Ang masasabi ko kay Atty. Roque, be my guest. My family will be very grateful if they can find somebody, baka siya . No problem with me,” Morales said last week."Demotion po yan. I'm not interested," Roque said during a Palace press briefing. Roque is among the principal authors of the Universal Health Care Law during his time as a sectoral lawmaker.
