Arestado ang isang lalaki sa Quezon City na bagama't lehitimong delivery rider ay suma-sideline umano bilang snatcher.
Ayon sa ulat ni James Agustin sa Unang Balita nitong Lunes, naaresto si Matthew Reginald Eleazar ilang minuto matapos itong manghablot ng cellphone.
"It so happened na may mga nagpapatrolya tayong mga pulis natin, kasi ang mga motorsiklo natin nasa paligid lang din, so nasalubong nila isang pares ng motorsiklo, nagpatulong sila, na-relay sa ibang kasamahan. Hindi na nakalayo [ang suspek], nasabat na siya," ayon kay Police Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III, hepe ng Quezon City Police District.Nabawi sa suspek ang ninakaw na cellphone. May nakuha ring isang hand grenade at baril na kargado ng mga bala sa kaniya.
"Ginagamit niya ang uniporme ng trabaho niya para sa paggawa ng krimen. Ang nakikita namin dito, he is hiding in plain sight," sabi ni Torre.
