A man’s body stuffed inside a sack was found near a bridge in Ermita, Manila on Thursday, March 31.
Police Lt. Adonis Aguila, chief of Manila Police District – Homicide Section, said that the body was found at around 3:00 p.m.
Police Lt. Col. Dionelle Brannon, commander of MPD – Station 5, said the victim may have been dead for four to five days already when found.
