At present, he manages multiple businesses including Kuya Korea, a quick-service restaurant serving Korean fare in UP Town Center, and Sobra Comfort Food, a casual dining restaurant in Molito in Alabang. As his fans would know, David earned a degree in Business Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
David shared how demanding operating a food business has been. That’s why he has always had a hands-on approach to his business because he doesn’t want to leave anything to chance. David admittedly has a lot to learn and improve on in terms of his management style and strategies.
