Defining the News

I have to thank my friend, Tomas P. Lorenzo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. , for having the foresight and the determination to put up three world-class properties in Davao, with a fourth one in the pipeline.

Of course, we have the newly opened Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort and the three-decade-old Dusit Thani Manila which, I heard, will be closed in approximately two years, to give way to the expansion program of the commercial center where it is located. Comfort and style distinguish the smart and modern 120-room Dusit D2 Davao, conveniently located near Francisco Bangoy International Airport. It also has easy access to the city’s new central business district and convention center, as well as golf and country clubs, premium malls, and nature parks.

Well located in the city center, with sweeping views of the Davao Gulf, this 110-unit luxury serviced residence features deluxe studios and one-bedroom suites with modern fittings and self-contained kitchenettes, perfect for short and extended stays. A pool, fitness center, and spa add to the ease and comfort of its guests.

The DusitD2 Davao is in close proximity to the airport, the city’s central business district, and various recreational areas
