Ang tinaguriang "Manok ni Cano Gwapo" hotel, may lapad na mahigit 39 talampakan, taas na 115 talampakan, may anim na palapag, at 15 air-conditioned rooms na puwedeng mag-staycation. "I always think out of the box, innovator ako. I want something different. I want something new," sabi ni Tan. "Mahirap siya kasi ang laki ng manok, isama pa 'yung mga weather dito sa taas na parati ulan, bugs, hangin," sabi ng sculptor na si Jessie Sanchez.
