Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. said Thursday that the vaccine against African Swine Fever would soon be available for commercial use in the country. Laurel said he expects approval for its commercial trial from the Food and Drug Administration in two weeks, which will be followed by commercial distribution.
