In a tweet, OCTA research fellow Dr. Guido David said the positivity rate in the region dropped to 14.3% as of December 14 from 14.5% on December 11.

Positivity rate refers to the percentage of people who were found positive for COVID-19 among the total number of individuals tested at a given time.

NCR 7-day positivity rate down to 14.3% as of Dec 14 2022 from 14.5% on Dec 11 . This could be a sign that infections in the NCR may be decreasing already. Numbers next week will confirm if the trends will hold. Stay safe everyone
