Admission of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients has decreased in the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) as confirmed cases have gone down in the past weeks, its spokesperson said Tuesday, May 11.
As of Tuesday, only 192 out of 250 COVID-19 beds of the hospitals are occupied, Dr. Jonas Del Rosario, Spokesperson of PGH, said in an interview with Teleradyo.
Del Rosario credited the development to declining COVID-19 transmission in the National Capital Region .
