THE Regional Trial Court has officially granted the Declaration of Nullity of Marriage to Charyze Pagotan Ng — more popularly known by her stage name, Chariz Solomon — on January 6, 2025.
The court ruled that the marriage was void from the start under Article 36 of the Family Code due to the respondent's psychological incapacity, which rendered the respondent unable to fulfill essential marital obligations. Chariz Solomon is a well-known actress, model, comedienne and singer in the Philippines.
