Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area:
- Peter Joseph Erickson was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for assault and two counts of breaching probation. Erickson was in custody for two days following his arrest in the breaches.- Victor Junior West was sentenced to a one year conditional sentence order and 18 months probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for two counts of possessing a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Rick Shane MacDonald was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. - Ulysses Sydney Nicholas was sentenced to time served for resisting or obstructing a peace officer and two counts of breaching a release order. Nichoals was in custody for 27 days prior to sentencing.
