A married couple on vacation tragically drowned while swimming at the “ Depth Pool ”, a tourist attraction in Agno, Pangasinan.According to a 24 Oras report by Russel Simorio on Tuesday, the victims arrived at the area from Antipolo, Riizal and checked at a beach resort in Burgos for a vacation.From the resort, reports said the 48-year old woman visited the Depth Pool , a local attraction consisting of a rock formation that had a nearby natural saltwater pool that was around 20 feet deep.
Her 47-year old husband tried to rescue her but was also overcome by the rough sea conditions.“Nakita niya ang kanyang asawa na nahulog sa dagat ay minadali niya itong i-rescue sana. Sa kasamaang palad, napakalakas ng alon ng araw na yon.
