Members of the QCPD arrest bomb threat suspect Elfrank Emil Anthony Bacle Kadusale, 22 years old and a resident of Cubao, Quezon City, January 27, 2022. The suspect is the person behind the Facebook account sending bomb threats in Ponciano High School in Cubao. In a press conference on Friday, Jan. 27, QCPD Director Nicolas Torre III said that they were able to identify the owner of the Facebook account who allegedly created the post. He is a Grade 8 Alternative Learning System student in Ponciano Elemenetary School. They invited him to the barangay hall of San Martin De Porres for questioning.

The suspect will be charged for violations of Presidential Decree 1727 , Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 or the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, and robbery extortion, police said. Torre III said they are coordinating with the schools, the local government, and stakeholders with regards to the incidents for security.
