MUAR: The police are appealing to those who witnessed an accident at KM135 of the North-South Expressway (north bound) on Saturday (April 8) night to come forward to assist in investigation.
Muar OCPD Asst Comm Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz said that a 34-year-old motorcyclist was killed in the incident at about 11pm.
“We received a report on the incident involving the motorcyclist with another vehicle. The victim was believed to have hit another vehicle that was using the emergency lane.He said the case is investigated under Section 41 of the Road Transport Act 1987. “We hope that those who were at the scene and saw the incident or have a dashcam that recorded the accident to come forward to the nearest police station to assist in the investigation,” he said.Article type: free
