Likewise, demonstrating its commitment to bridging the digital divide, the company also pledged to extend fiber internet scholarships to three deserving students of the said school. “In today’s education, using technology isn’t a choice anymore – it’s a must. At Converge, we want to contribute in improving the quality of education by providing access to online resources and promoting the development of essential digital skills and literacy among learners,” said Converge VP and Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations Jay-Anne Encarnado.
Similarly, Converge is actively working towards fulfilling Sustainable Development Goal 4, which focuses on providing quality education, and SDG 1, aimed at eliminating poverty.
