House Deputy Speaker and Cebu 5th district Rep. Vincent Franco “Duke” Frasco donates land to San Francisco town in the Camotes Islands that will be used for the construction of a new public market.A third class municipality in Cebu will soon have a new public market thanks to a land donation from House Deputy Speaker Vincent Franco “Duke” Frasco.
Frasco, Cebu's 5th district representative, had purchased a 1,287-square meter local property for the purpose of turning it over to the barangay to pave the way for the public market's construction.
