Police have appealed for public help to find a heavily pregnant woman and her three children after they disappeared from a park in Sydney’s south-west on Sunday afternoon.

Police and family have growing concerns for the children’s welfare, as all three live with medical conditions and do not have their medication.Police have released photos of Elizabeth Harpley, 36, and her sons, Mathew Harpley, 10, Christopher Harpley, 9, and Mitchell Devine-Harpley, 5, as part of the public appeal.

Police believe the group may be travelling with a 49-year-old man, who is known to the family. The public has been asked to keep an eye out for the man’s vehicle – a red Jeep with Queensland registration plates 061VKM.Elizabeth Harpley is described as being heavily pregnant, of Caucasian appearance with medium-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing jeans, a black T-shirt and a cardigan.
