FROM September 1 to September 28, all politicial parties are being reminded by the Commission on Elections to hold their respective political conventions for the May 2025 national and local polls. In its Resolution No. 11045, the Comelec said the four-week period has been designated as the time frame within which political parties are expected to nominate their official candidates in the forthcoming polls.
The poll body said the list must contain the names of the authorized signatories of the PP, including their three specimen signatures, positions in the parties, and their respective jurisdiction or places of authority to nominate and sign the Certificate of Nomination and Acceptance of their official candidates.
