Comelec says can't compel bets to undergo drug test due to SC ruling Halalan2022
MANILA — The Commission on Elections cannot compel candidates in the May 2022 elections to submit themselves to mandatory drug testing, citing a Supreme Court ruling that struck down a previous order as unconstitutional.
