Coles is now the fourth supermarket to issue a product recall over concerns its spinach could be contaminated.
It is recalling 11 Coles Own Brand products containing baby spinach which have been on sale since December 8.
Almost 50 people in NSW and the ACT have become unwell, with some hallucinating after eating baby spinach contaminated with a toxic weed. Woolworth was the most recent supermarket to recall two of its pre-packaged salads containing baby spinach after Costco was forced to recall the product over safety concerns.
