The shear line will bring rains over Southern Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas while the Northeast Monsoon will affect the rest of Luzon, PAGASA said Sunday afternoon.In its weather forecast, the state weather bureau said Visayas, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.These conditions may result in moderate to heavy rains that could trigger flash floods or landslides.
The Amihan will also cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, with no significant weather impact expected.Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be observed throughout the rest of Mindanao due to the Easterlies.Residents of affected areas are warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
