In the next 24 hours, the shear line, formed by the collision of cold winds from the amihan and warm winds from the easterlies, will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Quezon, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, and Bicol Region. Cloudy skies with rains may also prevail over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora due to the amihan.
