Cloud clusters spotted inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility may develop into a low pressure area , the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Sunday.Weather specialist Grace Castañeda said the cloud formations were sighted east of Luzon inside PAR while other cloud clusters were spotted east of Visayas and Mindanao outside the country's territorial boundary.
Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon or habagat will bring monsoon rains in northern Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Aklan, Antique and Negros Occidental.Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Batangas, and the rest of MIMAROPA , Western Visayas and Negros Island Region would likely have occasional rain.The same weather system will prevail in Metro Manila, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM , SOCCSKSARGEN , Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zambales, Bataan and the rest of Visayas, CALABARZON and Bicol Region.
