Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. is looking at Cavite as a possible location for its first Luzon real estate project.
“A lot of landowners are knocking on our doors. We need to filter this out well, but we are eyeing a Cavite development,” the company said.Meanwhile, CLI reported that its net income climbed 15 percent in the first quarter of the year to P987 million from P847 million in the same period last year on the back of a double-digit growth in revenues.CLI said first-quarter consolidated revenues jumped 31 percent to P6.23 billion from P4.
Real estate sales expanded by 28 percent year-on-year to P5.5 billion boosted by economic housing projects. Current delinquency rate is at 3.12 percent and cancellation rate at 5.47 percent. CLI said the trajectory is expected to sustain until the end of the year with new project launches in the pipeline.
