Due to the threat of Typhoon 'Julian', several provinces in Northern Luzon have announced the suspension of classes on Monday, September 30th. This includes Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Batanes, Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora.
Classes in parts of Northern Luzon on Monday, September 30, were suspended due to the threat of typhoon “Julian.”
Gov. Jerry Singson suspended classes in all levels in public and private schools and work in public offices in Ilocos Sur. On the other hand, classes from pre-school to senior high school were cancelled in Mangaldan, Laoac, and San Carlos City.
