Classes are suspended in several areas in Luzon due to bad weather caused by the southwest monsoon .

Based on a 5 a.m.weather advisory issued by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration , moderate to heavy rains are expected to hit Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan. Meanwhile, Batanes and Babuyan Islands can also expect moderate to heavy rains tomorrow, September 21.
