CONCERNED about the spread of sexually explicit content on social media, the Cebu City Council has urged operators of city-initiated public Wi-Fi services to block access to pornographic websites.Councilor Joel Garganera also called on hotels and malls offering free Wi-Fi to their customers to implement the same restrictions.The Cebu City Government currently provides free public Wi-Fi at Plaza Independencia and Plaza Sugbu, with plans to expand coverage to all 80 barangays across the city.
