CONCEPCION Industrial Corp. is looking to partner with more local airports for the provision of large-scale air conditioning and related projects, with Bacolod, Iloilo, Bohol, and Cagayan de Oro City among the sites being considered. 'I think we're looking at a couple of airports all over. Hopefully, Bacolod, Iloilo, Bohol, CDO,' CIC Chairman Raul Joseph Concepcion said in a briefing last week.
CIC was said to have partnered with New NAIA Infra Corp. in the redesign of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3, which are currently being operated by a San Miguel Corp.-led consortium. 'We're co-designing it with them,' CIC CEO Isaias Fermin said.
